Rotating Chair System | Discussion | Beeper proposes a rotating chair system for when no chairs/vc are available during a specific period, maybe even replacing the chair seat entirely
The main idea of this proposal is to temporarily fill an empty chair seat with a rotating speaker if/when nobody is running for chair. Beeper is not present for the meeting, but a discussion about how to automate the chair's job takes place, specifically in the cases of agenda creation and scheduling. You can't completely replace the chair's job with a webpage, but a lot of the more annoying stuff like creating agendas or picking meeting locations. |

Beeper is calling for help with the Olympic League, citing motivation and business. The main issue is narrowing down the games list, making sure they all work and are able to be used. Reno suggests both a global vote in the thread and a review process from one of her friends. The Auction is postponed due to low player turnout, its will be postponed for a while and the next date is unknown. Beeper proposes a staggered auction, where people bid over the span of a week like on Ebay. |
